Enrolment and Payment

Our office is based in Comberton Village College, from here we accept enrolments for all of our courses, including those in Cambourne, Melbourn and also online. To book onto a course, email us on commed@catrust , telephone us on 01223 264721 or alternatively visit our office (please check current opening hours). To pay for a course, we accept cash, cheques and take contactless card payments in our office too. Secure online payment links can be requested and sent to you via a text message or email.

Please note we no longer accept payments over the telephone.

BY POST

We would suggest you confirm course availability and cost by telephone or email before sending your cheque (payable to 'The Cam Academy Trust' for all courses) to Adult Education, Comberton Village College, West Street, Comberton, Cambridge CB23 7DU. Please make it clear which course(s) you require and provide your contact details. An email address or a stamped addressed envelope is required if you need a receipt. Please do not send cash by post. Unless you are notified by us, assume your enrolment has been accepted.

IN PERSON

The Adult Education team is based at Comberton Village College and operates on part time opening hours. Please ask at the main reception desk to make a booking/payment or to speak with a member of the Adult Education team. Payment may be made by cash, cheque or debit card. Cheques are to me made payable to The Cam Academy Trust. 

REFUNDS

Refunds are only available if we close a class or you choose to withdraw no less than two weeks before the start date. In the latter instance, there will be an administrative charge of £5.00. If a class is cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control, such as snow or tutor illness, an extra class or classes will be added to the programme and no refund will be available.

CONCESSIONARY FEES AND PAYMENT BY INSTALMENTS

Concessionary discounts of 25% (excluding materials) are available if you are in receipt of a means-tested benefit: JSA/ESA or Universal Credit; Carers Allowance or a social care assessment (EHCP, DLA PIP). Evidence of this must be presented on enrolment. It is also possible to pay by instalments - please ask for details.
